Nestled into the secluded coastline of the Wambaa Peninsular
which boasts of about 5 kilometres of white, sandy beach
in Pemba Island, Fundu Lagoon comprises 19 bungalows,
two bars and a restaurant, specifically designed and
hand-crafted to blend with the natural environment of
the fertile isle. The accommodation rooms are either
directly on the beach or high on the ridge of the peninsula,
all with superb sweeping views of the bay. Each room
has a private balcony and en suite bathroom. Furnishings
are stylishly made from local material. Fundu Lagoon
has a fully equipped PADI diving centre and a wide range
of water sports including snorkeling, sailing, fishing,
water-skiing and kayaking.

Manta
Reef Lodge
The lodge is located on the Ras Kigomasha peninsula,
north of the Ngezi forest. It can be reached from either
Mkoani Port by Taxi , Chake Chake airport and
also via the mainland by boats from Tanga in
Tanzania and Shimoni in Kenya through the port of Wete.
The lodge has 10 sea front bungalows, 2 honeymoon bungalows
and 2 garden family cottages with two bedrooms in each.
There is a health
bar at the beach with massage, reflexology, manicure
/pedicure, facials. A PADI Dive center, scuba courses,
snorkelling, escorted kayak tours, fishing, boat trips
to sand banks and Njao & Fundu gap.
